Zuern Building Products & Design Center is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Saeman Lumber Company, located in Cross Plains, Wisconsin!

Saeman Lumber, established in 1876, shares Zuern's commitment to high-quality lumber and building materials across all categories, including popular brands like Marvin, Andersen, and Timbertech/Azek. This acquisition allows them to:

• Better serve their Madison market customers with a wider range of products and services.
• Expand into new markets throughout Central and Southwestern Wisconsin.

Zuern is especially grateful to Bob Saeman, who entrusted them to continue with his family's remarkable 4th-generation legacy. They warmly welcome Bobby Saeman's dedicated team and their loyal customers to the Zuern family!

Important Dates:

• Acquisition: Friday, June 14th
• First Day of Business: Monday, June 17th

Separate Locations: Both the Cross Plains and Madison locations will remain operational.

• Cross Plains will focus on lumber and building materials.
• Madison will continue to offer the state's best window and door showroom experience.

Delivery Strategy Development: They will work closely with both teams to optimize delivery services across locations and product categories.
