Ogden & Adams Building Solutions announced its plan to acquire the assets of Maquoketa Lumber company based in Maquoketa, IA and Bellevue Lumber based in Bellevue, IA.
“We are excited to welcome the customers and staff of Maquoketa and Bellevue Lumber to Ogden & Adams” stated Marty Hoeger, owner of Ogden & Adams. “Both companies place a high value on customer service and delivering quality products to our customers” he added.
Mark Maze owner of both Maquoketa and Bellevue Lumber will assist with the transition. Maze said “I am proud of our staff and the business we built. The merging of these two companies will be good for our employees and customers and I think it is very exciting opportunity.”
The lumber companies specialize in lumber packages, millwork, siding, roofing, windows and doors. Ogden & Adams plans to retain all staff and to continue operations under its current flagship name Ogden & Adams Building Solutions at the current Maquoketa Lumber and Bellevue Lumber facilities.
