More than 300 contractors, tradespeople, and industry professionals gathered at National Lumber Company's Rockville, Md., location for Latino Pro Day, a community focused event celebrating the contributions of Latino professionals across the construction and building materials industry.
Hosted in partnership with David Parraguirre, known to many as The Mexican Carpenter, and the Latino Builders Show team, the event brought together builders, manufacturers, and suppliers for an afternoon of networking, product demonstrations, education, and recognition. Despite heavy rain, attendance and enthusiasm remained strong throughout the event.
That commitment reflects the values shared across the LMC network, where dealers understand that investing in, honoring, and celebrating their teams strengthens not only individual businesses, but the entire LBM community.
By bringing people together and recognizing the hardworking professionals behind the industry, National Lumber Company reinforced an important message: a stronger, more connected workforce benefits everyone. Events like Latino Pro Day embody the spirit of collaboration, community, and respect that defines so many LMC dealers and helps move the industry forward.
