Lezzer Lumber has announced the acquisition of H.P. Starr and Brookside Lumber, a family-owned building materials company serving the greater Pittsburgh region for nearly a century. The addition of these three locations—Bethel Park, Zelienople, and Valencia—significantly strengthens Lezzer Lumber’s presence in Western Pennsylvania and enhances service capabilities for professional contractors, remodelers, and DIY customers across the region.
This acquisition follows Lezzer Lumber’s 2024 purchase of Trinity Supply & Installation in Pittsburgh, continuing the company’s strategic growth in the Western PA market and bringing its total number of lumberyards to 15 statewide. With these new locations, Lezzer Lumber is expanding material availability and strengthening service support for the area’s building community.
