LMC’s Tedd Cartwright wins Morton Buildings Stellar Customer Service Award!

This past week, suppliers from all over the country gathered in Morton, Illinois for the 11th Annual Morton Buildings Supplier Conference. Reviewing the 2022 year and forecast planning for 2023 were just some of the topics, but the highlight of this event is recognizing partners that went above and beyond the past year.

Tedd Cartwright, Jill Hogg, Michele White, and Jon Zeigler traveled to the conference representing the LMC team, where Tedd received the Stellar Customer Service Award.

When asked about what contributed to his success Cartwright said “It is all about relationships. Within those relationships it is about managing expectations and being aware of Morton's expectations. It is also about being aware of the operating factors from the supplier base. Being an effective communicator between the two to ensures that expectations and reality do match up.”

"That speaks true to what LMC is. We are a dealer first organization. And when either I am out there making decisions on Morton's behalf or trying to guide them on some different things that we truly do have Morton's best interest front and center ahead of any other interest out there" says Cartwright.
 
When the LMC Team was asked to sum up the experience at the event they all agreed they had a greater understanding on Morton Buildings day-to-day operations. Explaining that learning about Morton Buildings' hardships brought new insights into the Morton Buildings business model helping them understand how each component is crucial to their whole structure.

The LMC team was grateful to attend the event and connecting in person with the Morton Buildings' team.
